I Don’t Want to Know

I don’t want to know what is
that is keeping you away from me
I don’t want to know their name
Their favorite colour
or favorite game
I don’t want to know
how they make you feel
So please don’t tell me that you love them
It just hurts to know

It’s selfish but it’s true
Think about it…
If you were me and I were you
You wouldn’t be able to bare the thought of knowing
that even though you were in love with me
I wouldn’t be with you.
So save me from this painful feeling
I just don’t want to know
